The Police have been called to deal with the fallout from Jeremy Jackson's exit from Celebrity Big Brother 2015.
Jeremy was kicked out of the house on Saturday morning for unacceptable behaviour after removing Chloe Goodman's robe in the bathroom.
The Brighton model was left in floods of tears as she ran out while Jeremy – who was in a very drunken state – was locked away in a separate room for the night.
In the morning, he was told that show bosses had decided he would have to leave the show and exited the house via the Diary Room door.
In last night's latest show, we saw Chloe react to Jeremy's departure the morning after.
She told Big Brother that while she "really likes" Jeremy, he "took kindness for weakness", before adding "I don't think he did it on purpose. I don't think he did it maliciously"
While that probably should have been in the end of the matter, the police have now got involved after a complaint was made.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire police, where the house is located, said today: "We were made aware of an alleged incident that took place in the Big Brother house in Borehamwood in the early hours of Saturday January 10th.
"We are currently working with the program's producers as part of our enquiries. It would be inappropriate to comment any further at this time."
Whatever involvement the Police have it seems unlikely to lead anywhere as Jeremy was pictured at the airport yesterday, already set to return home to the US.
Speaking before his exit from the house, Jeremy aplogised for the incident but insisted: "It was not a 'ripping open' or aggressive move."
A spokesperson for Channel 5 did not comment, saying that the incident 'was now a police matter'.
