Lauren Platt have been kicked out in tonight's X Factor 2014 results.
It was the Semi Final this weekend as the remaining five acts sung twice for the second time this series, with a special Christmas theme to the song choice.
Tonight's XFactor results show opened with a guest performance of 'Bo$$' by US girl group Fifth Harmony.
After a recap of Saturday night's performances, next on stage was last year's X Factor champ Sam Bailey, showcasing new single With You, a cover from the musical Ghost.
There was then a surprise special performance from Idina Menzel and Michael Buble, singing Baby It's Cold Outside.
The results were finally next and it saw Andrea Faustini and Lauren Platt in the bottom two after the viewer votes were confirmed, the second time each had been in the sing off.
Over 4 million votes were cast, the highest amount of any single elimination this series.
Andrea and Lauren sung off with the Lauren singing Faith Hill's There You'll Be whereas Andrea performed Jessie's Who You Are.
It was then over to the judges, starting with Cheryl and Mel who each backed her own acts to no real surprise.
Louis Walsh said: "It was a brilliant sing off but the act I am sending home is Lauren."
Simon Cowell said: "Lauren, you've had two good sing offs in a row and I saved you last week and I made it the right decision. Andrea, there were parts of the song that you were over singing it, but your passion, you can't argue with it.
"I'm going to go with the person who I think deserves their place in the final and the person I'm going to send home is Lauren, I'm sorry."
With three votes to one, Lauren bowed out of the competition.
