Axed Strictly Come Dancing pro James Jordan has spent Christmas in hospital after collapsing on Thursday.
The performer was rushed to hospital by ambulance on Xmas Day and is currently undergoing tests after falling to the ground and collapsing.
The Daily Mirror newspaper reports that husband and fellow Strictly pro Ola was "shocked and distressed" but unable to help with her own leg injury, having suffered a nasty fall in training for The Jump earlier this month.
"James wasn't right all morning and then he began to be sick and then collapsed," a source said this evening. "He had mentioned he'd been having chest pains.
"It was horrific for Ola. She was stuck and couldn't do anything except shout to the neighbours, who thankfully heard and went in to help."
The insider told the tabloid: "Ola was absolutely heartbroken. She feared something horrible had happened to her husband."
According to supposed pals of James, the dancer has been "stressed" since leaving Strictly in the summer ahead of the latest series this autumn.
It's widely expected that Ola will follow in James' footsteps and leave the BBC One show next year.
