There's a romance brewing on set of The Jump 2015 between Joey Essex and Ashley Roberts.
Former TOWIE star Joey has quipped he's "pulled myself a pussycat" after getting with the former singer and dancer.
The news follows Joey's split from on-off girlfriend and at one time fiancee Sam Faiers.
Both Joey and Ashley are currently in training for the new series of The Jump, which begins on Channel 4 next month.
"There is an obvious connection between Joey and Ashley, who both really fancy each other. They're both up for a laugh and don't take life too seriously," an insider on set said.
Sources say that the couple have been giggling and flirting "like loved-up teens".
"Joey likes a blonde and Ashley ticks all the right boxes. Plus they've both got their I'm A Celebrity jungle experience, which they share, despite having been in the show on different years," the insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper today.
They added: "Ashley has found parts of the training difficult and Joey has been helping her. He has been her rock."
Others taking part in the new series are X Factor's Stacey Solomon, Made In Chelsea's Louise Thompson and JLS singer JB Gill.
The Jump begins in January 2015 on Channel 4.
