Carl 'Foggy' Fogarty says he'd 'love' to win I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! after making it to the final weekend of the series.
Yesterday, Kendra Wilkinson and Tinchy Stryder were given their marching orders in a double elimination – leaving Foggy, Edwina Currie, Jake Quickenden and Melanie Sykes as the final four.
And the twist ended up knocking Foggy for six, especially as it resulted in the exit of Kendra, one of the most prominent campmates.
"I didn't expect that one and certainly didn't expect that double whammy," he told the Bush Telegraph. "Kendra was a big character in here and a big mate of mine really. She's gone now so it's going to be a lot quieter.
"To think that I would just get to the last four is mental. Absolutely mental."
The 49-year-old – who's no stranger to victory as a four-time Superbike World Championship winner – went on to reveal that he's set his sights on taking first place in the I'm A Celebrity final, which airs tomorrow.
"I'd love to win now I'm down to the last four. I mean, who wouldn't want to win?" he mused.
"It would be absolutely unbelievable to climb up that last step of the podium. 'Foggy, King of the Jungle' would be the greatest thing I've ever done I think. It's just mad."
Meanwhile, Melanie Sykes spoke of her sadness at Tinchy's departure, saying: "I'm going to miss Tinchy. It's only a couple of days I know but he gives good energy and positive and calm energy which is needed."
