Carl 'Foggy' Fogarty was picked to face the traditional end-of-series 'Bushtucker Bonanza' eating trial on the final day of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2014.

The World Superbike legend had already consumed his fair share of nasties, having been served a variety of blended drinks at the 'Vile Vineyard'.

And he wasn't too pleased when he found out he'd be doing it all over again yesterday, when the final three contestants were each set their own trials.

For his challenge, Foggy was served five rounds of food – one a delicious traditional meal, the other a horrible bush delicacy. Each time he chose to eat the latter, he won one star.

First up he was offered a cheeseboard – or a cup of meal worms. Although he was tempted by the cheese, the 49-year-old downed the worms, and made it clear he was there to win.

Next was ostrich anus, which he remarked was "a bit porky", followed by baked tarantulas.

The fourth round involved live cockroaches – with Foggy squirming and jumping in an attempt to distract himself from the critters wriggling in his mouth.

Finally, he was confronted with camel penis. "My mates, when I get home, are going to give me so much stick for this," he laughed, before swallowing the meat.

As he successfully ate all five of the jungle foods, Foggy won a main course for his campmates in the final supper, as well as a drink and a special treat for himself.
