Watch Love Island 2016 spoilers: Caroline Flack set to drop a bombshell twist

The Love Island 2016 Islanders are about be surprised by a bombshell twist.

Last night's show proved to be a VERY dramatic episode as bitching, rows and tears dominated the villa ahead of the latest recoupling.

A text sent to the Islanders read: "Islanders later today there will be a recoupling in which each boy will chose a girl to couple up with.

"The public will then vote which couples are a perfect match. Those with the fewest votes risk being dumped from the island. Decision time, choose wisely."

Islanders were also told previously that new guy Adam would be immune from the eviction as would whoever he partnered with.

After the guys had made their choices, here's how the Love Island 2016 couples look...

Adam and Olivia
Tom and Sophie
Dan and Zara
Rykard and Rachel

So it's now over to the pubic vote with all the couples - except Adam and Olivia - facing elimination from the villa and the competition.

Today (Saturday), Caroline Flack will enter the villa to deliver the news and send one couple home - but there's a twist in store.

She teased on Twitter: "About to drop a bombshell... There could be trouble in paradise today ...@LoveIsland @itv2 #loveisland"

This year it's survival of the fittest as Love Island continues Sunday night at 9pm on ITV2.
