Tulisa is reportedly "desperate" to get her job back on The X Factor UK in 2015.
The former judge stepped in for Mel B in the final of the series last year and also appeared at judges' houses and in the live shows.
She's been widely tipped to make a comeback to the panel this year and insiders claim that the N-Dubz star is doing everything she can to make it happen.
According to the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper, Tulisa has been trying to persuade X Factor boss Simon Cowell and the show's top producer Richard Holloway to sign her up for what will be the twelfth series.
A source told the tabloid this weekend: "Simon invited Tulisa to fly out and spend time with him on Barbados for New Year so it was a no-brainer for her.
"She knows she is in the running for a potential X Factor comeback and wants to do everything she can to make it happen."
The line up of X Factor judges could turn out to be rather up in the air this year.
Simon Cowell has been tipped to leave (again) in favour of new work in America which could see Louis Walsh finally step down too.
After some of the lowest ratings on record for the the latest series, Cheryl's comeback didn't quite prove to be a hit while Mel B's personality seemed to split viewers.
In a poll on site last year, most backed Tulisa and even Nicole Scherzinger to return this year ahead of the Spice Girl.
And in our new poll about The X Factor 2015, most are currently saying that want to see Tulisa on the show with Demi Lovato and Olly Murs also favourites of the potential new faces.
