New coach on The Voice UK Rita Ora has revealed how she's been getting advice from Kylie Minogue.
Rita will join Ricky Wilson, Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.am for this year's fourth series after Kylie quit last year.
But the Aussie pop princess has been giving her replacement some advice, with Rita revealing: "I saw Kylie at the British Fashion Awards and she looked gorgeous as ever. I always kind of pop up on her and ask why are you so sexy?
"She's been so supportive and said it is all about the experience and what you give to these contestants, her and Jessie have been so positive."
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Rita went on to predict that being the only woman on the show would be difficult.
"Without pulling the whole female card, I think it has always been harder for females in all aspects," she said. "Whenever we have an opinion it always seems to be taken out of proportion.
"As a woman in this industry it has always been a bit about proving yourself, so I'm proud to be on a panel with such successful men."
And Rita confessed that she was worried about not only what viewers will think but even what she'll make of her debut appearance.
"It is the first time I have been on TV for more than an interview or something like that," she told the newspaper. "I'm nervous about what I am going to think of myself when I watch myself back on TV."
It was previously confirmed when The Voice UK 2015 begins with the launch date set for January 10, 7PM on BBC One.
