It'll be up to Cami Li alone who faces eviction this week with the whole house currently facing the chop.
Except her, of course, after the model was made immune in a live twist last night (January 13).
With the eviction cancelled Big Brother had another trick up his sleeve – one the Housemates were not expecting.
Earlier in the day, the Housemates drew straws to decide who would go first in a game to decide who would be safe from eviction this week.
What they didn't realise was that the last person to be chosen would actually be immune from eviction and will become King or Queen of the Fairies.
After 'losing' the game, Cami-Li was called to the Diary Room where Big Brother crowned her as Queen of the Fairies and revealed that she is immune from eviction.
As Queen of the Fairies, she will rule over her Fairy Kingdom for the next two days and decide who will be also be saved from eviction this week.
The fallout from the twist has already seen rows with Chloe annoyed that Patsy had chosen to save Perez.
"I'm pissed at the loyalty in this house, it's f**ked," Chloe complained. "I'm not pissed about being up, I'm pissed at the loyalty in the house.
"I know it sucks that it's Patsy but she brought it on herself. She had a choice, she made it. this is aftermath of that choice."
