Axed X Factor boyband Stereo Kicks are aiming to replicate One Direction's success.
The eight piece were booted out of the show on Sunday night after appearing in the bottom two for their third time.
The judges' votes between them and Lauren Platt were tied, seeing the result go to deadlock where the group polled the fewest public votes.
But despite their exit from the competition, the bootcamp band have vowed to stay together and go after One Direction's chart topping success.
Casey Johnson said: "Their level of success is exactly what we're aiming for. I want to get so big that we don't even have time to take a day off."
The group joked that they're already like 1D in some respects in that they refused to travel together, although not through choice.
"We travel separately as there's too many of us to fit in one car," Barclay Beales said.
Meanwhile, the boys spoke out about THOSE leaked nude pictures doing the rounds online.
Barclay admitted: "It was always going to happen. We're teenagers, we do silly things, but we've learned from our mistakes."
However his bandmate Jake Sims suggested they hadn't learned that much.
"It hasn't put me off sending naked pictures," he quipped.
Chris Leonard added: "Some bands have squeaky clean images but we've said from the start, we're not going to be like that."
The X Factor continues this Saturday and Sunday night with the live semi-final.
