It's the Strictly Come Dancing 2014 final tonight: Here's what the four remaining celebrity contestants have to say about their time on the show.
Speaking at a press conference earlier this week, Caroline Flack, Simon Webbe, Frankie Bridge and Mark Wright spoke about their 15 week experience on the BBC One show.
Tonight one of the four piece will be crowned the Strictly 2014 winner although they all insist that just getting this far is triumph enough.
"It has changed my life completely, in a way where I feel more confident. I've realised there are different things I want to do," Caroline said.
She added: "It has been such a positive experience. But it really is like that, it releases all these endorphins that I never knew were there, just naturally, I come out on a high every day."
Simon Webbe agreed: "This experience has been a lifeline for us and especially me."
He explained: "When you are down in the dumps, something comes along. As long as you keep believing, then you never know what is around the corner.
"Strictly has been that experience for myself."
Meanwhile, Frankie told how her family have been more impressed with her on Strictly than they have with her music career.
"This is the most excited my family have been for me in my career," The Saturdays' singer confessed. "It's amazing how many people watch it.
"I've had some of the oldest people come up to me and recognise me, those are people that a couple of months ago would have never have known who I was. It's really nice."
Lastly, Mark Wright ruled himself out of winning the show and said he only ever expected to make two weeks.
The TOWIE hunk explained: "All my family laughed at me when I signed up because my nickname was 'Marky no moves'. But they have all been with me and have the nerves and excitement too.
"I have tried and it has been hard, we have been in three dance-offs. I have laughed and cried. It's been a rollercoaster."
The Strictly Come Dancing final airs from 6:30PM on BBC One.
