Caroline Flack has confessed that she fears getting post show blues following the Strictly Come Dancing final.
The latest Strictly champion, who beat The Saturdays star Frankie Bridge and Blue's Simon Webbe, has been gushing about her time on the BBC series.
After fifteen weeks of constant training, rehearsals and live shows, it now seems that Caroline is already missing it all despite the festive holidays.
"This is by far the best thing I have ever done – Strictly has changed me as a person. I have found something I really love to do," Caroline said of the show this weekend. "I feel like I am more confident, happier. It's like I am on a natural high.
"I didn't expect it to be so special but I'm really worried about post-Strictly blues now."
The former Xtra Factor host revealed to the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper: "Frankie Bridge and I have our own helpline where we can call each other if we are depressed.
"We may have to start our own Strictly club where we come together and dance. Me and Frankie ballroom dancing together could be fun."
Fortunately for Caroline she'll be able to continue taking to the dancefloor for a while yet with the show's live tour which begins next month in Birmingham.
She said of heading out across the UK: "I hope that those who have been so lovely and supported me each week will come along to see the show.
"Dancing for people who took time to vote for me will be an honour."
