Pixie Lot has revealed that she almost turned down Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
The singer is one of the favourites to win the contest in the final later this year, once again wowing the judges in last night's show.
Pixie scored 41 points after her routine and the Waltz-a-Thon, landing second on the leaderboard.
Speaking ahead of the weekend's Quarter Finals, Pixie confessed that deciding to take on the BBC One series was a hard choice to make.
"I nearly turned Strictly down because I didn't know if I could juggle everything," she said, "It's very busy, but I'm so glad I decided to do the show.
While she may be the bookies' favourite to win, Pixie insisted that the competition was wide open.
"There are so many people who have shocked on the dance floor and so many who deserve it," Pixie said. "I think Caroline Flack, Frankie Bridge and Jake Wood are all amazing."
The singer went on to say that she plans to keep in touch with all of her fellow contestants.
Pixie explained: "I honestly love every single person on the show.
"Of course, it's going to be harder to keep in touch with Jennifer Gibey as she lives in Ireland and Jud Murray is in Scotland. But I can meet up with them whenever I go there."
The Strictly Come Dancing results air tonight on BBC One.
