Mark Wright is the favourite to get the Strictly Come Dancing axe this weekend as Jake Wood finds himself as the tip to win.
It's the semi-final of Strictly Come Dancing tonight and after Pixie Lott's shock exit last weekend, Eastendrs star Jake is the new sole favourite to win.
The actor had a bit of a wobble over the last few weeks and filtered down the betting as a result however he has pulled it back in the closing weeks and is now back as the favourite: Jake was the joint favourite alongside Frankie Bridge but now holds onto the top spot in the betting by himself ahead of their semi-final performances.
Frankie has drifted right out to 9/4 as support for the Disco Love singer began to dwindle with punters setting their sights elsewhere; Caroline Flack has been cut into the now 2/1 second favourite from 11/4 following a flood of money on the presenter to win the glitterball trophy.
One Celebrity will miss out on a spot in the final this weekend and it is Mark Wright who looks like he could be set for the boot. Mark is currently the odds on favourite to go at 4/6 and is the underdog in the competition at a massive 20/1 to win should he stay.
Simon Webbe has escaped the Dance Off numerous times before, most recently last weekend to the then favourite to win Pixie Lott, but is in danger of failing victim on Sunday. The Blue band member is the second favourite to leave the Strictly dance floor and is proving popular at 9/4 to hang up his shoes.
Aoife Heffron, PR Executive at Boylesports, commented "Caroline Flack has been the dark horse in the competition for weeks as she continues to wow with her performances and score big. With just two weeks left punters have been heavily backing the presenter to walk away with the glitterball trophy which has seen her shorten into the 2/1 favourite."
She added "Mark Wright escaped the Dance Off last week but this weekend it seems he is waltzing his way to the door as the odds off 4/6 suggest he will get the boot just before the final."
