Carl Fogarty, Edwina Currie, Jake Quickenden and Melanie Sykes looked back on their I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! experiences yesterday as the series draws to a close.
The final four had fun on the penultimate day, facing the fan favourite 'Celebrity Cyclone' Bushtucker Trial and enjoying a four-star dinner.
But with only hours to go until the camp closes for another year, they ended it by reflecting on the highs and lows of jungle life.
Cheeky Edwina spoke about eyeing up her male campmates, saying: "When I first entered the jungle, I had no idea how I was going to cope. Nothing compares to it… apart from childbirth, perhaps.
"I've loved being here admiring nature. The best bit, of course, is blokes with relatively little on… absolute bliss!"
On the CIA secret missions she faced on her arrival, the former MP added: "Am I a natural liar? What do you think politicians have to do for a living? That was a cruel and wicked thing to do to me!"
Foggy touched on his personal journey, revealing that he hopes the public has seen him in a new light.
"Before I came here I was 'Carl Fogarty, the superbike guy'. Probably people thought I was arrogant, ignorant, self-centred," he mused. "I'm nothing like that.
"I've changed a lot as a person I think. I've become more of a team player. I'mmore comfortable around people. It's surprised me and shocked me that I've made nine new friends. It's been a challenge I've absolutely loved."
Jake recalled his schmoozing with the ladies, having caught the eyes of Nadia Forde, Kendra Wilkinson – and, of course, Edwina.
"I came in with Edwina and straight away we bonded," he said. |I didn't have a clue who she was. I didn't know what politics was. I still don't know what politics is.
"I love a good flirt. Who doesn't love a good flirt? I've been pretty lucky there's been so many women to flirt with. Honestly, it's been the most amazing experience. I've loved every second of it. It's been amazing."
Finally, Melanie beamed about being able to conquer her phobia of snakes. "I've had an amazing time in the jungle," the TV presenter smiled. "It's been challenging beyond belief. It was relentless from the get go.
"When something scares me I want to go head to head with it. My fear of snakes. That's my phobia of all the animals. I'm dead proud of myself for that because they were real fears. I'll never forget it."
