Controversial 'character' Dapper Laughs has been tipped to join the Celebrity Big Brother 2015 line up.
The persona, portrayed by so-called comic Daniel O'Reilly, made the headlines earlier this year over his jokes and new ITV2 series.
ITV axed his show as Daniel appeared on BBC's Newsnight to defend his character, where he had announced the alter ego was dead.
In November, ITV said: "We have given careful thought to the recent criticism of the character Dapper Laughs, which has focused on his activities outside of the ITV2 programme, whose content was carefully considered and complied. We have taken the decision that we will not be considering this show for a second series."
However just before Christmas Daniel reprised the character.
In a YouTube video where Daniel is seen conversing on screen with Dapper, he asks: "What are you doing here? You're supposed to be dead? I killed you off."
Dapper responds: "What killed me off is you coming on Newsnight, cockblocking yourself wearing that turtleneck looking like a French poet."
The clip – which has been viewed over 340,000 times since being uploaded just four days ago – ends with the tagline 'Dapper's Back'.
The character and/or comic behind him have since been linked to the upcoming series of Celebrity Big Brother in online reports, with the CBB 2015 start date previously confirmed for January 7 on Channel 5.
Other celebs who have been linked to the latest line up include TV host Keith Chegwin, East 17 singer Brian Harvey, soap star Patsy Kensit, model Calum Best and media loudmouth Katie Hopkins.
