Celebrity gossipmonger Perez Hilton has apparently joined the line-up for Celebrity Big Brother 2015 after signing a £150,000 deal.
The 36-year-old is known for blogging about all things showbiz on PerezHilton.com, which is one of the most visited websites on the internet.
He's racked up over 5.6million followers on Twitter, and has become a bit of a star himself, with cameo appearances in the likes of America's Next Top Model and Glee on his list of credits.
He also fronted his own four-part series, Perez Hilton Superfan, on ITV2 in 2011.
Now Perez looks set to spill his Hollywood secrets in front of the Celebrity Big Brother cameras in January after accepting Channel 5's big-money offer.
A show insider told The Sun newspaper: "Perez is a huge influence online, with a website that's one of the biggest in the world. He's also making a name for himself outside the web, having appeared on various telly shows and had run-ins with well-known celebrities.
"Perez loves Britain and the producers of CBB can't wait for him to star in one of the most talked about shows here."
Perez has clashed with the likes of Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus and Black Eyed Peas members Fergie and Will.i.am. He even fell out with former friend Lady Gaga – leading to him being accused of stalking her when he was spotted near her apartment last year.
Perez is the second American name rumoured for CBB, with RuPaul's Drag Race judge Michelle Visage also said to be on the shortlist.
The show returns on Wednesday 7th January at 9.00pm on Channel 5.
