It's the final of The Apprentice 2014 tonight and here's spoiler filled preview as the winner is announced.
After eleven grueling weeks, it's the final hurdle for Mark Wright and Bianca Miller in their quest to become Lord Sugar's business partner.
Lord Sugar summons them to The Bloomsbury Ballroom, where he tells them that in just three days' time they will launch their proposed businesses to him, Nick, Karren and a room full of experts in the respective industries.
But the finalists are not alone, as Lord Sugar has brought back ex-candidates Daniel, Solomon, Katie, Sanjay, Felipe, Lauren, James and Sarah to lend a hand with the final task.
Bianca wins the coin toss and chooses first, opting for Katie to join her team. Mark goes next and chooses Solomon, the choosing continues, with Felipe, Lauren and Daniel joining Katie to help Bianca. Mark's supporters are Solomon, Sanjay, James and Sarah.
Daniel's rivalry with Mark shows no sign of letting up:
"I've personally not worn tights… I haven't got the experience of buying them for myself, and in fact I've never bought tights in my life. But I will be a team player, help Bianca win this, and at the end of the day, I've got a chance of still beating Mark here!"
Bianca and her team settle on the name True Skin for her range of hosiery in a variety of different skin tones, but her management style grates on some of her team.
After she sends most of them home as she doesn't want their feedback on her promotional video,
Lauren complains: "There's no doubt getting us to come all the way across London to go all the way back again for no reason… is a poor managerial decision."
Meanwhile, Mark and his team go for Climb Online for his digital marketing agency and he gets an early win as Solomon and Sarah secure Mark at least £3,000 worth of provisional business
With market research to be done, branding to produce, a promotional video to organise, a presentation to prepare and an event to plan, the pressure's on and there is a lot to pack in.
The teams rally around their leaders, providing feedback and opinions – but some take it more seriously than other as while hand-dyeing hosiery for Bianca's presentation Felipe puts a pair of tights on Daniel's head
On the other team and Mark fluffs his lines whilst filming his promotional video and rehearsing his presentation.
He tells the cameras: "I really fluffed a pitch in the process and I've never done that before… it's kind of weighing on the back of my mind… I don't want to stand up this evening and have the same thing happen… I need a clear head today."
As Sarah suggests hypnotizing Mark to help him with his nerves, the Aussie born businessman insists: "Pressure's fine, I'm coping at the moment but there's a lot going on… I'm trying to spin plates… It's my business, it's my dream, it's my opportunity."
The big moment arrives and the finalists take to the stage to present their businesses but the hard work isn't over as both Mark and Bianca face a grilling on their businesses from the audience.
And Mark's problems continue having left James and Solomon to organise the corporate entertainment for the launch, seeing dancers in morph-suits leaving the audience bemused
Sanjay quips to James and Solomon after they try on morph suits: "I really can't see why you two didn't get to the final!"
In the boardroom, the tough line of questioning continues as Lord Sugar faces a difficult decision between two very different candidates and businesses – he's interested in the all-important money making potential and interrogates Bianca on the scale and positioning of her brand while Mark is quizzed on whether he can break into a very crowded market.
But ultimately he must make his final choice: to go with his "instinct" or the "devil in him," as he puts it.
As Lord Sugar says in the final boardroom: "We have two very good candidates here"… But who will win the £250,000 investment and 50/50 partnership with Lord Sugar?
The Apprentice 2014 airs tonight on BBC One from 9PM.
