Former Apprentice champ Ricky Martin will be one of the interviewers on this year's show.
The recruitment manager, who set up his own agency with Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment, will take the place of Apprentice favourite Margaret Mountford
It means this year's tenth series will be the first that Margaret hasn't appeared, having originally worked alongside Nick Hewer as one of Lord Sugar's aides before interviewing the candidates in more recent runs.
Ricky said: "I'm sure it will be strange to be on the other side of that desk this time, but I can't wait to get started.
"I wouldn't be where I am now without Lord Sugar and The Apprentice so it was an honour to be asked back on the show as part of the interview panel."
He added: "I have always identified this as one of the most vital stages of the competition and with my experience in interviewing, managing selection processes and having been involved in hiring across Lord Sugar's companies, it's great to be able to bring my experience to the table."
Ricky will join the other regular interviewers on the show, Claude Littner, Claudine Collins and Mike Soutar.
They'll grill the top five candidates, go over their CVs and cast a very critical eye on their business plans before the final.
It's expected that THREE will get the axe, seeing just two in the final later this month.
Those left in the running are Bianca Miller, Roisin Hogan, Daniel Lassman, Mark Wright and Solomon Akhtar.
