I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here 2014 contestants Vicki Michelle and Michael Beurk managed to get seven stars in this evening's latest trial.
The remaining nine celebrities were told that they had to choose two of them to undertake today's Trial which was called Deadly Dunker, with the public now having their say on which stars to boot out.
Jake and Foggy both offered themselves up, but Vicki commented that she hadn't done one and Michael also said that he hadn't. "There are still three people in the camp who haven't done one of the trials – me, Nadia and Vicki" he said.
Michael and Vicki both arrived at the Trials area. Hosts Ant and Dec asked them about that morning's departure. "It came as a terrific shock. A couple of them burst into tears. I mean Christ, he's not dead is he?" said Michael. "He's in a better place" he added laughing.
Both Michael and Vicki were to be strapped to a dunker – a giant wheel. The wheel was slowly rotated 360 degrees so they went head first into a water tank at the bottom of the wheel. One of them had to be the grabber; one had to be the thrower. They had to grab a ball from the bottom of the tank when they passed through. When out of the water, the grabber had to pass the ball to the thrower who had to throw the ball into a basket in front of them. Each ball in the basket was worth one star and they had ten minutes to complete the task.
Vicki grabbed and Michael threw.
They got off to a strong start with Vicki grabbing from the pond full of eels, mud crabs and yabbies and Michael scoring a star with his first throw. Even when crickets, cockroaches and mealworms were thrown on them, the two kept grabbing and throwing. After ten minutes, they'd successfully put seven balls in the basket, seven meals for camp.
Vicki and Michael returned to camp looking shattered. They pretended that they hadn't won many stars but finally revealed that they'd won seven.
"They've done really, really well. They can go again. Very impressed with them both actually" said Foggy,.
"The mouldy oldies in the camp. I think we've done really well. We're really quite good troopers. We haven't been fazed yet. We haven't buckled under pressure. I think we're all doing pretty well" said Vicki.
